Our yoga classes
Slow flow
Steady, mindful movement linked with the breath. A good place to start if you're new to yoga or coming back to it.
Yin yoga
Long, relaxed floor stretches held for several minutes. Yin slows everything down and is ideal for unwinding in the evening.
Ashtanga
A dynamic, structured practice that builds strength, focus and heat. Our Monday evening Ashtanga is a favourite.
Beyond the Basics
For students who know the foundations and want more: arm balances, inversions and deeper backbends with clear staging, plus pranayama (breathwork), yogic anatomy and philosophy.
Sound baths and meditation
Monthly Sunday sound baths and guided meditation and mindfulness sessions, rooted in the Plum Village tradition.
Your teacher
Dzana leads our yoga studio. She trained as a yoga teacher over six years ago and has taught all over Ireland since. Her teaching is rooted in the philosophy of yoga and of Buddhism, in the Plum Village tradition. We also welcome visiting teachers throughout the year. Meet Dzana and Kevin.
Yoga and pottery together
Potadoir is a yoga studio and pottery school under one roof. Try a pottery class in Ennis, or bring a group for a morning on the mat and an afternoon at the wheel: group and private events.
